How much does the CSA cost? In 2012 we anticipate delivering 18 weeks of produce shares. The cost will be $425.00.
How long will the CSA deliveries last? We expect to deliver 18 weeks in 2012, starting in late May/ early June and into October.
How does the drop point at CCYoga work? We will be delivering, in reusable grocery style bags at CCY Towson, Midtown, Fells Point and Pikesville locations. Typically drop-off is early in the day. You should be able to pick up your share the same day during studio hours - please see the CCYoga schedule to confirm times.
How do you pay for the CSA service? You mail a check to the following address - 16345 Old York Rd. Monkton, Md. 21111. We would like to receive payment by May 5th, 2012.
Can I join after the season starts? We are accepting 80 members this year (2012). If there are available memberships after the seaon starts we will take subscriptions up to the middle of July and the cost for the remainder of the shares will be pro-rated according to the date of your becoming a CSA member.
What happens if I miss a pick-up? If you do not pick up your share on the given pick-up day for your location, you forfeit your share for that week. Unless you notify us 48 hours in advance that you will not be able to make your standard pick-up day and location, your share will go to a CCY desk person, CCY instructor, or a food pantry. No share may be held at the studios for more than 12 hours. If you can let us know in advance of a pick-up conflict we will gladly schedule a farm-pickup time that is convenient for you. NO EXCEPTIONS.
What happens if I go on vacation? Members have lots of things going on during the summer, we understand. If you are going on vacation, please notify us so that we do not ship your share during your absence - unless you would like a friend to pick up in your place at YOUR STANDARD pick-up location during your time away. If you opt not to have someone else pick up your share and would like to pick up one replacement share at the farm after your vacation, please contact us to set this up.
